✦ Synopsis

The 13C n.m.r. spectra of the major human urinary metabolite of prostaglandin PGE, and PGEl are discussed together with some unsaturated precursors. A-2-Pyrazolines7 formed by addition of diazomethane to the 11-0x0 dienediones in this series, were identified by 13C and 'H n.m.r. and by other physical methods.
