Abstract

The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility and the Knight shift are measured. The magnetic susceptibility has a minimum around a temperature of T~o~≈ 400 K and for the Knight shift a quadratic dependence of the temperature is found. The NMR and magnetic susceptibility measurements are correlated and the results are discussed in terms of localized Anderson magnetic moments and spin fluctuations. The expression found for the magnetic susceptibility from a theoretical model is in good agreement with experimental results.
