✦ Synopsis

Selective monoamination of aryl and heteroaryl dichlorides has been carried out using a catalyst combination of Ni(0) associated to 2,2%-bipyridine. The synthesis of novel 3-chloroanilines and chloro aminopyridines in good to excellent yields is allowed using an excess of amine, 10 or 20 mol% catalyst and short reaction times.
