## Abstract Six new prenylated phloroglucinol derivatives, hypersampsones A–F (**1**–**6**), were isolated from the aerial part of __Hypericum sampsonii__, together with 2,4,6‐trihydroxybenzophenone, 2,4,6‐trihydroxybenzophenone 4‐__O__‐geranyl ether, 2,4,6‐trihydroxybenzophenone 3‐__C__‐geranyl et
