✦ Synopsis
The temperature dependences of antioxidant solubility in polyolefins and in polyamides containing various concentrations of amide groups have been studied. Changes in additive solubility after repeated melting and crystallization of polypropylene were observed. The results are interpreted on the basis of a "two-component" model of the polymeric substance.
