✦ Synopsis
Abstract
The reactions of S‐trimethylsilyl esters of S‐propyl‐4‐methoxyphenyltrithiophosphonic, bis(dialkylamido)dithiophosphoric, and S‐ethyl‐diethylamidotrithiophosphoric acids with trialkyl borates, triorganylbromogermanes, trimethyl(isobutylthio)germane, and trialkylchlorostannanes were studied. On the basis of these studies, new methods of synthesizing S‐boron, S‐germyl, and S‐stannyl derivatives of pentavalent phosphorus thioacids were developed. S‐Diethylaminomethyl O‐isopropyl‐4‐ethoxyphenyldithiophosphonate was obtained by the reaction of the diisopropylboron derivative of the corresponding dithiophosphonic acid with the aminal 6. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. ## Abstract The reaction of __i__Pr~3~SiPLi~2~ with SnCl~2~ in the mol ratio 1:1 leads to the formation of [Sn~7~(PSi__i__Pr~3~)~7~] (1). The cluster [Sn~8~(PSi__i__Pr~3~)~6~Cl~2~] (3) is obtained, if the same reaction is carried out with a slight excess of the metal salt. Similar lithium chloride
Synthesis of a rutile-type germanium-substituted tin oxide with (110) face was investigated. The characterization was performed by XRD, SEM, TEM, EDX, IR, XPS, and BET surface area measurements. When the percentage of germanium contained was less than 10 wt%, the homogeneous rutile-type germanium-su
