## Abstract Superabsorbent copolymer hydrogels were prepared by gamma irradiation of aqueous solutions of 2‐acrylamido‐2‐methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and 2‐dimethyaminoethyl methacrylate (DEMA) monomers mixtures. The thermal stability of hydrogels was evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis. T
