✦ Synopsis

Silicone oils modified with various functional groups (epoxy, amino, hydroxy, carboxy) are useful as lubricants or textile modifiers.

They reacted with following fluoro compounds (i-5)

to give new kinds of silicone oils which have some quantity of perfluoroalkyl groups as side chains or terminal chains.

Fluorosilicone copolymers of random, block, and graft with both perfluoroalkyl and silicone-containing side chains were synthesized, and their surface properties and surface modification effects on PVC film were compared. It can be confirmed that the fluorosilicone copolymers of random, block, and g

The fluorosilicone block copolymers of poly(perfluoroalkylethyl acrylate)-bpoly (3-[tris(trimethylsilyloxy)silyl] propyl methacrylates) (PFA-b-PSiMAs) having perfluoroalkyl and silicone-containing side chains were obtained by three-step synthetic approaches. In the first step, hydroxyl-terminated po
