โฆ Synopsis
A new line of custom-designed nitrogen cabinets from Parker Hannifin are designed to meet the stringent requirements for inerting non-contacting, dry running gas seals commonly found in critical service pumps and compressors.
The cabinet systems are designed to run continuously and unattended, delivering a reliable, constant supply of inert gas to the dry gas seals. The units can be equipped with a dual filtration system to allow filter maintenance to be performed while the generator is still operational. The nitrogen membrane generators include proprietary high productivity HiFluxx hollow fibre membranes which provide a compact cabinet design. The system operates at low pressure, so the feed air supply can be plant or instrument air. Additionally, these systems can be equipped with local nitrogen boosters to charge high-pressure cylinders on the same cabinet skids, assuring a back-up supply of nitrogen.
