acid technology will be employed in both units for the conversion of hydrogen sulfide to sulfuric acid. The first plant will be constructed for Yukos at the company's refinery complex in Angarsk, Russia, by end of 2006. The Angarsk unit will have a 180 tonne/day sulfuric acid capacity. Haldor will construct the second unit for Naftan at the company's refinery in Novopolotsk, Belarus, and will yield 223 tonne/day of sulfuric acid. Completion is due by 2007.
