✦ Synopsis
We report a patient who presented with involvement of multiple cranial nerves associated with otherwise typical neuralgic amyotrophy. This syndrome of unknown etiology is not limited to the brachial plexus. Simultaneous involvement of cranial nerves IX, X, XI, and XI1 is a unique presentation. The electrophysiological data indicate the presence of a multifocal neuropathy.
