Abstract

In optimization problems, neural networks have been proved as an efficient method. Because of this, students of Engineering should learn this tool properly in subjects as β€œOptimal Control” or β€œIntelligent Control.” In this paper, a planning for neural networks teaching is proposed. As tool, Evenet‐2000, a Java‐based toolkit which allows to design and train neural networks with arbitrary architecture, is used. Β© 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper presents a new procedure for optimization of continuous mixed suspensionmixed product removal (MSMPR) crystallizing systems. Owing to the difficulties of theoretical modelling, simulation of the MSMPR crystallization process is based on the use of artificial neural networks (ANN). The opt

Techniques using FFT have been used widely in the past for bispectrum estimation. Up to now, a number of models have been proposed and discussed to describe a wide range of inelastic behaviours of materials. The fatal problem of using such models is however the existence of model errors, and the problem remains inevitably as far as a material model is written explicitly. In this
