Human peripheral lymphocytes (HLc) have been studied in vitro as possible effector cells in an antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) reaction. HLc were found to be active against murine neuroblastoma cells (MNB) inoculated into the flank of syngeneic mice. Both the time of onset of tumor a
