The coexistence of nemaline myopathy and central

There was some atrophy of the proximal muscles. Sensation to pinprick and vibration was intact. Re-core disease is extremely rare. This case report is on such a patient with no family history. The immunohis-flexes were essentially normal. There was an apparent mild hypertrophy of the calves bilaterally. The toes tochemical and electron microscopic studies favored abnormalities of the proteins associated with the Z-were up-going. The electromyogram (EMG) was myopathic. Serum enzymes (creatine kinase, aldolase) band, namely alpha actinin and desmin. The term Z-band myopathy appears to be a more appropriate and sedimentation rate were normal. terminology for these groups of myopathies.
