✦ Synopsis

In this paper, we have established a necessary and su cient condition for a family of fuzzy sets in a group to be the family of neighborhoods of the identity element of a fuzzy topological group. As an application, a mixed fuzzy topological group is constructed from two given fuzzy topological groups with the help of neighborhood systems.
