## Abstract ## Background. Extraglandular myoepitheliomas are neoplasms that seldom occur in the soft tissue of the head and neck region. Misdiagnosis of these neoplasms as more aggressive tumors can lead to unnecessary treatment. ## Methods. We describe a myoepithelioma of cervical soft tissue.
