## Abstract Electrical conductive Al‐rich epoxy resin based paint with an acceptable surface was for the first time prepared on an arc‐sprayed aluminium coating surface successfully. Adhesion test and salt solution immersion test (SSIT) with complementary measurements including electron probe micro
