This paperback, sixth in the series, presents the deliberation of the Safe Drinking Water Committee (USA) on important toxicological subjects. The first part reviews data on developmental and reproductive toxicology, neurotoxic effects and the mechanisms of carcinogenesis. The second part deals with dose-route extrapolation, clinical and epidemiological studies and risk assessment.
