✦ Synopsis

An atom-economic solvent-free synthesis of amides by the Ritter reaction of alcohols and nitriles under microwave irradiation is reported. This green protocol is catalyzed by solid-supported Nafion Ò NR50 with improved efficiency and reduced waste production.
