A novel approach for the Azaโ€Michael addition reactions between various amines and ฮฑ,ฮฒโ€unsaturated esters, nitriles and ketones using Nโ€donor Ligand catalyst (3 mol %) is described. The reactions are carried out in aqueous media at an ambient temperature to afford the products in excellent yields.
