In the title compound, C 8 H 10 N 2 OS, the dihedral angle between the benzene ring and the thiourea group is 65.33 (2) . Molecules are linked into infinite chains along the a axis by intermolecular N-HÁ Á ÁO/S hydrogen bonds.
