✦ Synopsis

Navel mono-0-alkyl-diglycosylglycerols named myrmekiosides A (1) and B (2) were isolated from a marine sponge of Mymekidem sp. and their absolute stereosuuctures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physiccchemical evidente. Myrmekiosides A (1) and B (2) reversed the phe.notype of melanoma H-ras transfotmed NIH3T3 cells at 5 pg/ml.
