✦ Synopsis

ABSTRACT

Mycosis fungoides is a form of cutaneous lymphoma with a typically indolent course. We describe an unexpected, repeated response to a systemic antifungal agent, itraconazole. The mechanism of action is speculative but itraconazole has marked immunosuppressive activity on T‐lymphocyte proliferation inΒ vitro.
