Andrea Brookes is devoted to her career as a recruitment consultant but deep down admits her life is missing something and is a lonely one. After her older sister's disappearance her brother in law comes to rely on her for support and when her older brother announces his engagement she begins to accept that her strict moral code acts as a barrier. For this thirty year old virgin, relationships up until now have been a no go. Giving a talk to a group of teenagers about finding work she encounters her nephews' form tutor Sam Towton.
In his forties Sam has waited patiently for the woman of his dreams only to find her in his classroom and is determined to win her heart.
