โœฆ Synopsis

What if Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy met under different circumstances? Would things go more smoothly for them? In this rendition, they do not meet at an assembly. Unfortunately, Mr. Darcy still meets Mrs. Bennet and the other four daughters in Hertfordshire; unavoidably, he experiences Mrs. Bennets infamous behavior and comportment. Will his perception of Mrs. Bennet prejudice him against Elizabeth? Who, what, when, where, why, and how do Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy meet for the first time? Mr. Darcy is not thrilled to meet Elizabeth, and when he does meet her, there are misunderstandings and revelations that could cripple their acquaintance. Elizabeths family has a most shameful ordeal to face. Will this secret frighten Mr. Darcy away from pursuing her? Elizabeth tries to handle it the best way she knows how in order to minimize the hurt that she and Mr. Darcy will feel once her secret comes out. It can only mean disgrace and humiliation that will cost her the love of her life. She is prepared to sacrifice her own happiness for him. She does not want to become a spinster, but she would rather be one instead of enduring his eventual regret and resentment of their relationship when he does find out. Will she ever have the love that she has always dreamed of? She can only pray that God will bless her with a most loving husband Mr. Darcy.

This is the first book of two. Book Two is also available now.
