Abstract

We present a new circuit‐model approach which can be used to compute the mutual impedance between two dipoles fed at the same feed point. The validity of the method is confirmed by comparison with mutual impedance values obtained when the dipoles are individually excited and orientated at angles between 0° and 90°. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ## Abstract A new mutual impedance, the receiving mutual impedance, between two printed dipole antennas was rigorously determined by experimental measurements. The variations of the receiving mutual impedance with antenna separation and with frequency were obtained. The receiving mutual impedance o
