Before the musicalβs run begins, there is a publicity event and rehearsals to attend. Mae and Goldie, the pony, are a big hit with the cast and crew who are excited to have a real horse in the production. After several rehearsals, the director gets the idea to have another one of Maeβs horses pull a big hay truck in the second act.
The rehearsals are almost complete when something terrible happens, throwing the theatre company into chaos.
