In all of these liquids, ~20% of the muons form hlu, and the relaxation time IS also measured to be between 0.5 and 20 p. The mecharusms of Mu formation and its relaxation are not well understood. The Mu relaxation time in H,O measured both at SIN [2] and TRIUMF [3] was coincidentally =4 us, but a recent
