✦ Synopsis


A simultaneous multitracer method was applied to a study on micronutrient metal elements in soybean plants. Using 59Fe, 65Zn and 57C0 as tracers, the uptake and distribution of the three elements fed at different growth stages of the plants were investigated. M6ssbauer spectroscopy was employed in parallel to study the chemical states of iron in soybean plants cultivated with a solution containing 57Fe.
