## Abstract Natural killer (NK) cells are cytotoxic lymphocytes able to kill tumor cells and virusโ€infected cells. Humanโ€resting NK cells can be activated by coโ€culture with NKโ€resistant CTVโ€1a cells. These tumorโ€activated cells (TaNKs) are cytotoxic to a range of NKโ€resistant tumor cells in vitro.
