## Abstract We describe a newborn infant with multiple congenital skull fractures and intracranial hemorrhage. He also had multiple skin folds suggesting a connective tissue abnormality. Electron microscopy of the skin biopsy showed collagen abnormalities with a “hieroglyphic appearance.” The analy
