## Abstract An 8βyearβold male underwent excision of an encapsulated thymoma. Four months later he presented with disseminated, fatal varicella. Evaluation of his immune status during the terminal illness revealed hypogammaglobulinemia and lymphopenia consistent with a diagnosis of Good's syndrome
