## Abstract Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) have been suggested to be the most common neurofibromatosis 1‐associated gastrointestinal tumors. This case report describes and compares US and CT findings of both abdominal neurofibromas and a gastrointestinal stromal tumor. On US, the GIST appea
