✦ Synopsis

We consider the following system of higher order three-point boundary-value problems

where i = 1, 2, . . . , n, m i β‰₯ 3, 1 2 (a + b) < t * < b, ΞΎ β‰₯ 0, Ξ΄ > 0 and Ο† i 's are deviating arguments. Several criteria are offered for the existence of three fixed-sign solutions (u 1 , u 2 , . . . , u n ) of the system, i.e. for each 1 ≀ i ≀ n and all t ∈ [a, b], ΞΈ i u i (t) β‰₯ 0 where ΞΈ i ∈ {1, -1} is predetermined. We also present some examples to illustrate the results obtained.

In this paper, under the assumption of non-well-ordered upper and lower solutions, some multiplicity results for solutions of some three-point boundary value problems are obtained using the fixed point index theory.
