Abstract

A calculation is made of the amplitudes of the waves diffracted and transmitted by a foil formed by the superposition of two parallel plate‐shaped crystals. The N‐beam case is considered, i. e. in each crystal N‐families of lattice planes occur in the neighbourhood of the exact Bragg‐orientation for reflection. An explicit example is discussed.
