## Abstract This paper reports the case of a girl who, at the age of 7 years, presented with a saccular aneurysm of a brachial artery. Over the following 8 years a further 15 aneurysms appeared, involving limb and visceral arteries and the aorta. Some, but not all, of these aneurysms have been oper
