We present investigations of the carrier transport through a highly doped semiconductmg(Sm) n-hiSb-fihn sandwlched between two superconducting(S) electrodes We measured the I(V)-and ~(V)-characteristlcs in dependence on the temperature and the influence of an externM rf-field These characteristl~ show a subharmoluc energy gap structure(SGS) and an excess-or a deficit-current, indmatmg tile occurrence of multiple Andreevreflectlon(AR) The theoretical background of AR is given in terms of the OTBK-model We proposed and calculated sortie modifications of l his ~heory
