β¦ Synopsis
Triethylami~e was exnted to a vibrational level of the S2 (Rydberg) state and then ionized III a (2 + 1) resonance multiphoton ionizat,on method. From the kinetic energy measurements of photoelectrons, we have been able to determine the location of the vibrationless S2 level.
