## Abstract Retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) anterogradely transport neurotrophins to the midbrain tectum/superior colliculus with significant downstream effects. The molecular mechanism of this type of axonal transport of neurotrophins is not well characterized. We identified kinesin‐I proteins as a
