✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Multilayer cross‐coupled open‐loop resonator bandpass filters have been developed on low temperature cofired ceramic substrates. The center frequency of the designed bandpass filter is at 5.2 GHz and the fractional bandwidth is 4%. The measured center frequency is 5.2 GHz, passband insertion loss is 1.46 dB, and fraction bandwidth is 2%. The measured frequency responses of the fabricated bandpass filters are in agreement with simulated results. By constructing multilayer structure, a compact bandpass filter can be realized. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ## Abstract A novel compact half‐wavelength cross‐coupled stepped‐impedance resonator filter using low‐temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) technology is presented. The filter not only has good selectivity due to the controllable transmission zeros but also has a small size by the virtue of LTCC stru

## Abstract This letter presents the design, implementation and experiment of planar and multilayer three‐pole cross‐coupled bandpass filters realized by substrate‐integrated waveguide (SIW). The two three‐pole filters centered at 10 GHz with one transmission zero are simulated by using full‐wave e
