## Abstract An interesting phenomenon of ligand exchange is observed in the DMSO solution of certain self‐assembled molecules generated from __cis__‐protected Pd^II^ and organic ligands. Upon heating, assemblies such as [{Pd(en)}__~x~__(ligand)__~y~__](NO~3~)~2__x__~ change to [Pd__~m~__(ligand)__~
