Beside light therapy, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) are the recommended treatment for patients suering from Seasonal Aective Disorder (SAD). They seem to particularly resolve the atypical symptoms of SAD, while tricyclic antidepressants tend to worsen them. The latter has been linke
