Successful development of porcine embryos from the one-cell stage to the blastocyst stage has been accomplished using mouse oviducts in organ culture. One-cell embryos were transferred to mouse oviducts maintained in organ culture and were cultured for 6 days. Control embryos from each donor pig wer
