## Abstract ## Purpose: To evaluate the capability of amide proton transfer (APT) MR imaging for detection of prostate cancer that typically shows a higher tumor cell proliferation rate and cellular density leading to an MRI‐detectable overall elevated mobile protein level in higher grade tumors.

## Abstract HASTE (HAlf fourier Single‐shot Turbo spin‐Echo) is a single‐section T2‐weighted sequence that acquires images in less than 1 second. Images are breathing independent and possess a variety of other features useful for imaging the abdomen. The design of this technique is described. Clini
## Abstract Poststenotic flow patterns were analyzed in a flow phantom with a 1.5‐T magnetic resonance (MR) imager, with use of different MR imaging and MR angiographic pulse sequences. Spin‐echo, fast field‐echo, two‐dimensional inflow (multiple single‐section technique), and flow‐adjusted‐gradien
## Abstract The authors describe the enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) imaging appearance of intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma. The MR Images of eight patients with intrahepatlc Cholangiocarcinoma who underwent MR examination within 3 weeks before partial hepatectomy were retrospectively studied. The
## Signal-intensity characteristics of magnetic resonance @ER) images were assessed in five patients and in 10 rabbits with tuberculous arthritis. M R imaging findings were compared with histologic findings in the animal study. In both of clinical and experimental cases, tuberculous lesions showed
## Abstract A high‐resolution image‐based method was developed to analyze dynamic contrast agent‐enhanced magnetic resonance images quantitatively. This method determines the initial rate of contrast agent accumulation, the delayed rate of accumulation, and the maximum enhancement in each pixel. Th
