## Abstract Blurred vision and cognitive difficulties are prominent symptoms during acute insulin‐induced hypoglycemia. Our hypothesis was that changes in cerebral activity reflect these symptoms. Positron emission tomography (PET) with oxygen‐15‐labelled water was used to measure relative changes
