During the past 10 years we have operated on 75feet for Morton's neuroma with a minimal follow up of nine months. Associated anomalies were found in 80%. Pathological studies demonstrated that the lesion was irritative in nature. The clinical results were satisfactory in 94%. R 6 s u m 6 . Cette ~tude a permis de mettre en dvidence la grande fr6quence (80.4%) d'autres anomalies du pied assocides it la maladie de Morton.
