## Abstract Melt blending of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and polylactide (PLA) was performed in an extrusion mixer with post extrusion blown film attachment with and without compatibilizer‐grafted low density polyethylene maleic anhydride. The blend compositions were optimized for tensi
