For a quantum harmonic oscillator coupled to the RWA-oscillator, we actually derive Mori's memory kernel equation, which consists of three components, Mori's frequency, Mori's memory function, and Mori's fluctuation. Then we find the method of expressing the three components in terms of an autocorrelation function of an observable. 1993 Academic Press. Inc.
