✦ Synopsis


The random motions of an tr-hexyl chain bound to a macromolecule have been simulated with several models by Monte Carlo techniques. The r3C Tl rekxation times were calculated from the spectral density functions of the r3C-r H dipo& interaction computed for the different methylcne groups of a hexyl chaïn and were compared with the esperimental values obtained with poly(N-hexyl4vinylpyridinium) bromide in methanol solution.
