✦ Synopsis
method is applied to a simple cubic Ising model vith the n.n. exchange and diwlar interact ions.
In addition to the anisotropic long range nature of the interaction, this model possesses Lifshitz points leading to the multicritical behaviors.
Simulations are performed in the region of the ferromagnetic (or ferroelectric) phase transitions. and the standard finite size scaliw method is used to obtain the critical indices.
The results seem to shov the existence of much complicated crossover behaviors and Tc tending to zero near the Lifshitz point.
